Junk (smash burgers) is shooting a social media video in Paris to celebrate the opening of its new restaurant in Covent Garden, London.
Two women sit on a park bench. One leafs through a newspaper or a book and tells the story of Covent Garden in a voice-over. At the end of the story, the two women share a smash burger on the same bench.
The English voice-over is the heart of this video: accent, diction and natural storytelling voice are essential.
Fee: between €200 and €250,
Two women aged 60+. NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY (British, American or Australian). English must be your mother tongue: « fluent » or « bilingual » French speakers will not be considered.
Role 1 – The Narrator: woman, 60+, native English speaker. Records the full voice-over in English. We’re looking for a warm, captivating, slightly witty voice, like a grandmother telling a story you can’t stop listening to. Voice-over experience (audiobooks, radio, theatre) is a strong plus.
Role 2 – The Friend: woman, 60+, native English speaker. Non-speaking role on screen, but must be a native speaker for authenticity and possible improvisation on set. Expressive face, natural complicity with her partner.
No acting experience required, but you must be at ease on camera.
